Hello,
I have run this website for years without any problem, until we added another user as a “Shop Manager”. Since then, I am not able to login into the “Admin” and “Editor” accounts…….but can on the “Shop Manager” account and the website itself completely changes its appearance.
My question is, is it possible for a user of a “Shop Manager” role change all of this? Is it possible to delete other users (who are admin and editor from a “Shop Manager” role?) I am asking this question because I had to create this “Shop Manager” account for my client, and I suspect that he may have touched something.
