Empty select fields for Meta robots index and Meta robots advanced

Hi,

In the Yoast SEO meta box the select fields for “Meta robots index” and “Meta robots advanced” are empty. I can’t choose anything. See the screenshot: https://cloudup.com/ckYBNUzinQd
How can I solve this?
