When I create a new Connection, the start date defaults to Jan. 1, 2015, and the end date defaults to Jan. 1, 2020. It would make a lot more sense to begin the default on the current date (e.g. today is Mar. 2, 2017) and to also have the end date as today’s date. Maybe some people want to book appointments 5 years in advance, but my client (for example) only books a couple of weeks ahead. And I don’t think many people will want to set up appointments 2 years in the past. 😉 I think having both dates default to the current date would make a lot more sense.
