I am seeing these error messages appear once a backend page loads over the text editor. This started happening all of a sudden on a few of my newer websites. Even on a fresh, new manual install of WordPress I’m still seeing these and similar tinymce failed to load plugin related errors. Even with no plugin and the default 2017 theme I’m seeing this
Failed to load plugin: wpautoresize from url https://mywebsite.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/wpautoresize/plugin.min.js
Failed to load plugin: colorpicker from url http://mywebsite.com/wp/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/colorpicker/plugin.min.js
